About me, Jess Parsons

I help people come home to themselves.

Because life isn’t meant to feel like you’re constantly surviving.

I became an mBIT coach because I saw how often people lose connection with themselves. We’re constantly pulled in every direction — by family, work, expectations, comparison, and survival mode.

My role is to give you space to breathe, reconnect, and figure out what you actually want. No judgment. No pressure. Just grounded, compassionate support.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — navigating self-doubt, burnout, lack of purpose, low energy, and a deep sense of “not enough.” Through simple but powerful coaching conversations, we use your multiple intelligences — your head, heart, and gut — to find your truth and take aligned action.

This isn’t about fixing you — because you’re not broken.
It’s about guiding you back to your own inner wisdom.

How I work as a Life Coach

I will give you the best of my capabilities in an honest, safe space with a little sense of humour thrown in.

Structure

I work in a structured way but also allow my clients to guide their sessions to go where needed to get the results for them.

Support

I will support and guide you by challenging you, holding you accountable but, to also, inspire and empathise with you.

Connection

Trust is key because if you are going to share your biggest, boldest dreams and your deepest fears with someone, you need the trust element.

Encouragement

I will not tell you what to do. I will support, encourage and motivate you to find the answers within yourself. We will set goals and plan small steps to get you to your desired outcome.

My 5 Pillars

I am committed to my own personal growth and well-being by using my personal 5 Pillars in life to keep me accountable:

Clarity

Clear on the direction of life.

Freedom

Free from the mental clutter and chaos of life.

Strength

Strength to live the life you deserve.

Peace

Peace of mind knowing you are in good control of your life and your thoughts.

Acceptance

Accepting yourself.
